Kolkata: Though he looks macho and icon for other to follow to have fitness like him, but bollywood actor John Abraham wants to follow his girlfriend Bipasha Basu for the fitness.

 Interacting with reporters, he affirmed that he has gone through Bipasha's workout DVD personally and found it useful for men as well, albeit of it is for women. He said that he would like to follow her for better health.

Of late Bipasha has launched her workout programme consist of 25 minutes, named ‘Love yourself’.
