Normal blood sugar levels from a type 2 diabetes diet is now scientifically proven! Those interested can see here http://spirithappy.wordpress.com/new-type-2-diabetes-diet-cure/

The key to the diet is not in the removing of sugar. Sadly sugar has gotten the blame for diabetes and this is not so. Sugar does not cause type 2 diabetes, this is based on a myth. In a large study with over 35,000 people it was revealed that sugar was not the cause of diabetes.  Normal blood sugar levels can be obtained with the right type 2 diabetes diet.

Filmmaker Collin Camino has also revealed that diabetes is curable with many stoppping all medications. Studies show that a diabetic is aging at a faster rate than the general population. The death of the beta cells is just the beginning; the remain pancreas cells are often damaged causing possible stomach cancer.

As the pancreas fails the body can have a limited amount of insulin supplied. This often allows excess sugar to roam in the blood stream; this is dangerous and can lead to the loss of fingers. The new type 2 diabetes diet by Collin Camino shows that you can eat all the regular foods and even fast food an still get normal blood sugar levels. Those interested in this very important new diet can click the link above.
