Bhartiya Rastrawadi Samanata party File PIL Against Chacha Bhatiza in Supreme Court
New Delhi. Today Bhartiya Rastrawadi Samanata Party Youth wing File PIL against Chacha Bhatiza ,Party demanded from nion Government for prohibition of “Samana” newspaper for spreading communalisom. Party also demanded registration of case against the leaders of Shiv Sena and MNS, for their anti-national activities for partition of country with their ambition to regain lost ground in Maharastra on the name of “marathi Asmitta” and “Amachi Mumbai”.
Petitioner BRSP Youth National General Secretry Manoj Pandit said that in reality Shiv Sena and MNS are fighting for their glory in Maharastra. Leaders of these two political parties have no affection with Marathis nor with Hindustan.They are merely working for their political base and for that are trying to create hatered among countrymen. Mr. Pandit said that on name of Marathi people Shiv Sena and MNS has no ambition other than partition of the country.
Mr. Pandit said that Shiv Sena chief Shri Bala Saheb Thackery and MNS president Raj Thackery are now talking about Amanchi Mumbai, Marathi Asmitta and Indian culture. These people welcomed Pakistani Cricketor Javed Miandad,despite the martryn of thousand Indians in Kargil warand also play a vital role in bringing unusual singer of western cdulture- Michael Jacksonon Indian soil. Mr. Pandit said that sole aim of Thackery family is to earn money and enjoy the rule of government.Foe that aim they are trying to make tool of other communitier, other than marathis.
Mr. Pandit said that in development of Bombaycommunities other than marathies have played a key role. In terms of population of Bombay as well 37% are Marathis and 63%are other communities. But due to muscle power of Thackery family other communities are helpless. Mr. Panditl said that Bombay is prime fanacial and industrial hub of the nation and it is moral duty of union Government and its people to protect nation from clutches of muscle power.Mr. Pandit said that in order to control these kind of acts Union Government should immediately declare Bombay as union territory.and take strict action against use of muscle power on other communities, other than marathies.and also on rubbish allegatios on Amitabh, Sachin, Sharukh and Mukesh Ambani. Mr. Pandit said that its an act of Thackery family to ruin the beauty of Bombay and expel the other communities from Maharastra.
Mr. Pandit challenged the Thackery family for their foolish act in Maharastra to outside Maharastra and utter a single word against the people of northern India. Mr.Pandit has demaded from Central Government to prohibit “Samana” newspaper and register a case against trio of Thackery Familyagainst anti- national activities.
