Prohibitory orders clamped in view of SSC exam in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: The city police promulgated prohibitory orders in certain police station limits in the city till April 8 within 500 yards of all examination centres of Intermediate and SSC Examinations.
The prohibitory orders were clamped with a view to maintain public order and public peace and to prevent obstruction of any lawfully employed person or causing disturbance of public tranquility or a riot, City Police Commissioner A K Khan said in a release here tonight.
Police Officers, military personnel and Home Guards on duty were exempted as also flying squads of the Education Department and bonafide funeral procession, he said.
The prohibitory orders were clamped in view of the SSC Board Examinations beginning in the state tomorrow.
