Sydney: Though he is the sexiest man alive but sex made him nervous. Hollywood heartthrob Robert Pattinson has said that sex scenes with Uma Thurman in new movie Bel Ami made him very nervous.

Based on the 19th Century novel of the French author Guy de Maupassant, Bel Ami, the film stars Robert  Pattinson as Parisian journalist Georges Duroy.

The 'Twilight' star gets hot and steamy with Thurman in the film.

However, he assured that it was far from being erotic because of the movie's plot.

“The sex scenes with Uma are kind of disturbing,” said Pattinson.

“Her character Madeleine kind of uses sex as a sort of weapon and my character thinks like an animal.

“There are a lot of sex scenes in this film, so I'm asking quite a lot of myself and with lots of different people as well,” he added.

In the film, Georges Duroy (Pattinson) sleeps with different women to reach on top.

We’re sure about the fact that Robert will come over his nervousness and will give his best performance as expected.
