12 BJP legislators including former CM Raman Singh suspended from Chhattisgarh assembly

In the Chhattisgarh assembly, the third day of the winter session was quite a rage. Here, 12 MLAs of BJP including former Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh were suspended for coming to the sanctuary of the house. After this, all the suspended legislators sat for a while.

During the assembly session, on Tuesday, the supplementary budget for farmers’ debt waiver was presented for discussion, but leaders of the opposition first sought to discuss the governor’s address. Speaker Dr Charan Das Mahant did not allow this. Since then the Opposition has started a ruckus in the House. The opposition did not accept their demands and walked out of the House. During the proceedings in the House, 12 MLAs were suspended for five minutes.

In a discussion with the media in the Assembly premises, Dr. Raman Singh said that the government is working conspicuously in case of Civil Supply Corporation scam. The government is working under a replacement strategy.

In the Assembly session, on Tuesday, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel presented the supplementary budget of 10 thousand 395 crore 58 lakh 25 thousand 400 hundred rupees in the house. The opposition was called to the House by notifying the privilege of not listening to the notice. After this, CM Bhupesh Baghel said that the opponents of the farmers have gone out.
