Bring population certificates and get status of Nagar Panchayat: Raman Singh

Baikunthpur The Atal Vikas Yatra of Chhattisgarh Government reached Bharatpur in Korea district today. Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh, who arrived here on this trip, addressed a public meeting here. He also gave a lot of help to the people of the area for development of the area. The people here demanded the status of Nagar Panchayat status to Janakpur.

While fulfilling this demand, Dr. Raman said that on the basis of population, any body is given the status of Nagar Panchayat. In areas where people feel that the population of their town is more than 10,000, they will bring the population of the population, their area will be given the status of Nagar Panchayat.

Addressing the public here, the Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh said that the government is committed to improving the infrastructure and improvement of people’s lives from one end of the state to the other. Dr. Raman distributed various goods to the beneficiaries here, along with the development of cultural platform and approval of several works of development in the area. During the program Bhaiyal Rajwada, in-charge and sports minister of the district was also present.
