Chhattisgarh elections: After the marathon meeting, 18 candidates of BJP decide, 20 names may be announced

In Chhattisgarh, the BJP State Election Committee has fixed the names of candidates for the first phase of 18 seats. Following the long standing committee meeting, final decision was taken on ticket claimants. Now the names of these candidates will be sent to the Central Election Committee. On this list, CM Raman Singh himself will go to Delhi on Thursday and churn it with the Central Election Committee for two days. Names are likely to be announced on October 20.
The committee, which started in the afternoon on Tuesday, lasted till late night. The names of candidates for 90 seats were discussed in the meeting, but names for 18 seats were finalized for the first phase. The special thing is that Mananturam Pawar, who gave shock to the Congress from Rajnandgaon, is being considered to fight with Antangad. After the meeting, CM Raman Singh said that the committee has prepared panels on all 90 seats, which have 3 to 5 names. They will go to Delhi on this list. Where the final decision will be taken in the meeting of Central Election Committee 19 and 20. It is expected that in the same meeting 75 candidates from both phases will be decided.

In the meeting of state BJP Election Committee, CM Raman Singh along with National Co-operation Minister Saudan Singh, in-charge of the state Dr. Anil Jain, state president Dharlamal Kaushik and other members were present. However, after coming to the list of Congress, if there is a change in names, if any names with the option have to be decided, then the Central Committee will consider the name and decide on it. In the last moments, changes in names according to the circumstances are possible.
