Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has launched the State Women Commission’s WhatsApp Call Centre to mark the International Women’s Day, it was announced on Monday.

Now, women can dial 90983 82225 to send their complaint or suggestion through text or voice message, a press release said.

The WhatsApp call center has been set up on the initiative of Chairperson of the Commission Dr. Kiranmayi Nayak, it said.

It will not only help women to get information regarding various schemes meant for them but also save them from harassment and other crimes, it added.
