Launching seven new Covid-19 care centres in Janjgir-Champa on Sunday, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said the district will have all health facilities and services soon.

Dedicating the centres to the public virtually from his office, Baghel said the government will sanction a proposed work plan for expansion of the health services of the district administration. The new centres have 508 beds, out of which 214 are oxygen and 294 normal beds.

Baghel said success has been achieved in the district in checking the further spread of Covid.

He also spoke the campaign against the pandemic in the state.

Assembly Speaker Dr Charan Das Mahant laid emphasis on ensuring relief to the poor during the lockdown.
