Alia Bhatt Sheds Tears After Listening to ‘Mere Desh Ki Zameen’

Alia Bhatt who is a music enthusiast recently shared a video of India’s wild anthem and called it a beautiful one. The actor was overwhelmed by the song and said that she had tears in her eyes. Alia took to her Twitter to share the video and wrote, “Such a beautiful song!! And what are these visualsssss!!!! Had tears in my eyes through the song..

The song is written by Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) Chief Prasoon Joshi and sung by famous Indian vocalists Sunidhi Chauhan, Shreya Ghoshal, Vishal Dadlani, Benny Dayal and Clinton Cerejo. Dia too shared the video on Twitter and wrote, Our Ode to Our Nation! Presenting #MereDeshKiZameen, a first of its kind anthem that celebrates our rich biodiversity. JaiHind! @bornfreeent @wti_org_india @umusicindia #WorldElephantDay #IndiaWildAnthem #ForeverWild”.

The track is produced by Wildlife Trust of India along with Born Free Entertainment which is a production house owned by Dia and her husband Sahil Sangha.

On the professional front, Alia was last seen in Raazi which did pretty well at the Box Office and is now busy with the shooting of her next film Brahmastra with her rumoured boyfriend, Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan. This will be the first time Amitabh will be seen working with Alia and Ranbir. According to reports, the film is said to release in August next year.
