Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Wednesday announced Rs 1 crore financial assistance to the family of Army soldier Manish Vishwakarma Carpenter, who was martyred in Jammu and Kashmir last week, officials said.
The chief minister also announced a government job to a family member of Carpenter, whose body was brought to the state on Tuesday night, they said.
