The Congress executive body on Thursday stressed the need for creativity, expansion and training ahead of Assembly elections in Chhattisgarh due in 2023.
A meeting of the executive body held here was attended by AICC Chhattisgarh in-charges P.L. Punia and Dr Chandan Yadav, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and PCC chief Mohan Markam.
The meeting underlined the need to maintain coordination between the government and the Congress party.
While reviewing the works of district and block units it also stressed on decentralization of power in organization.
The meeting also finalized programmes for the diamond jubilee of India’s independence which will be celebrated throughout the year.
Markam announced that suggestions of the office bearers and workers will be implemented after discussions with Punia and the Chief Minister.
