Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said to create necessary atmosphere before the launch of the scheme so that all the sisters of the state are apprised about Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana-2023.
The broadcast of launch programme to be held in Bhopal should be up to panchayat level and in urban areas, so that the sisters get complete information about the scheme and they become aware to take advantage of it. Cultural presentations should also focus on women empowerment and Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana.
Chouhan was discussing with senior officials regarding the launch programme of Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana in the capital on March 5 at the brainstorming room of Samatva Bhavan today. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and senior officers were present.
Chouhan said that along with large scale participation of entitled sisters of the scheme, women associated with Shaurya Dal, self-help groups, Jan Abhiyan Parishad and women public representatives must participate in the launch programme.
Form will be filled on public platform to educate regarding the scheme
Chouhan instructed that to inform the sisters about the process of filling the application form for the scheme, a demonstration of filling the form should be done on a public platform. The doubts of the sisters present should also be resolved. Telling the sisters that the process of filling the form is simple, they should be fully guided.
Comprehensive preparations going on for the state level program
Chouhan inquired about the preparations for the inauguration programme. He instructed to complete necessary arrangements for the sisters participating in the programme. It was told in the presentation that a song will also be launched on the theme of Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana.
A short film on women empowerment will also be screened. Along with the release of the brochure of the scheme, the portal and app of the scheme will also be launched.
Women-Child Development, Panchayat and Rural Development, Urban Development and Housing, Directorate of Public Relations and other departments are actively engaged for state level programme with co-ordination. Necessary preparations are being made keeping in mind the participation of about one lakh sisters at Jamboree Maidan Bhopal, the venue of the programme.
