Ex-Home Minister Nanki Ram Kanwar on Thursday took up spade and started repairing Bhaisma road after repeated complaints of the people fell on deaf ears.
Kanwar said that he complained about the matter to the PWD Minister Rajesh Munat who had assured the road will be repaired soon but nothing happened.

Accusing the Raman Singh government of corruption, Kanwar took up the task of repairing the road along with other labourers and villagers.
The locals had filed several complaints about the poor condition of the Korba Bhaisma road, which witnessed frequent fatal road-accidents. But, the authorities continued to turn a blind eye following which Kanwar joined the locals in contructing the road.
AAP leader Durga Jha said, Raman Singh government should not indulge in hollow promises rather should ensure that the government projects are implemented.
Congress Spokesperson Rajesh Bissa said, Raman Singh government has proved to be one of the corrupt state governments of India.
