Let us inform that from October 2016, permanent employees are being given the benefit of sixth pay scale in Madhya Pradesh. Along with this, new proposals were prepared. In which total salary of Rs 21840 is being made available at the rate of 212 per cent for unskilled permanent laborers in class IV pay scale whereas they need Rs 30192 with DA 38 per cent under seventh pay scale.

Along with this, Rs 23,400 is being made available to the semi-skilled permanent employees under the sixth pay scale, while their salary should increase to Rs 32,292 with 38 per cent dearness allowance of the Seventh Pay Commission.

Skilled permanent workers are being provided Rs 24960 under the third class sixth pay scale, while they should be given a benefit of Rs 34445 with 38 percent DA of the Seventh Pay Commission.

Court had given instructions to give benefits of seventh pay scale
With the proposal being prepared, it is believed that it will get the approval of the cabinet soon and with this the new pay scale will be paid to the employees. The employees have been demanding the seventh pay scale for a long time. At the same time, after winning the case in the Supreme Court, instructions were given to give the benefits of seventh pay scale to the employees as soon as possible.
