Taking an important decision today, the Shivraj cabinet has approved the establishment and formation of Shri Ramchandra Path Gaman Nyas. Giving information about the decisions taken in the cabinet, Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that it has been proposed to include the airstrip in Datia in the UDAN scheme. Along with this, the cabinet has also approved the increase of 100 to 250 MBBS seats in the medical college in Sagar.
Madhya Pradesh cabinet has decided to constitute Shri Ramchandra Path Gaman Trust. The trust will oversee the development work by marking the places through which Lord Shri Ram had traveled during his exile. Farmers Product Organization (FPO) will be formed to promote purchase, processing and export of agricultural products in Madhya Pradesh. With the aim of forming at least two FPOs in each development block, today the cabinet has decided to implement the scheme for formation and promotion of new ‘Farmer Producer Organisations’.
The cabinet has decided to increase the monthly assistance given to needy scholars/literaters/artists and their dependents and the amount given to the family after death. It was decided in the meeting that financial assistance to needy artistes would be increased from Rs.1500 to Rs.5000. With this, 24 citizen services have been started in 16 modules in the e-municipality portal. There will be an estimated expenditure of 200 crores. Now the new SDM office will be built in Mallahargarh in Mandsaur. These will include 109 Patwari Halke, in which total 11 new posts have been sanctioned. In Sagar, a new subdivision Jaisi Nagar will be formed, in which Tehsil, Mandal and the decision to approve their posts will be included in 126 districts. Doraha will be a new tehsil in Sehore, in which 41 Patwari Halke will be included, while 2 FPOs will be formed in every district in the interest of the farmers.
