Congress Member of Parliament Kantilal Bhuria kicked up another row on Tuesday calling those leaving the party and crossing over to BJP as Dhobi ka Kutta (one who gets nowhere).
Talking to newsmen in Jhabua, he said that history has proved that the one, who leaves his own home, gets nothing elsewhere. It’s an old idiom, he clarified. “Congress is a sea and is not affected by such elements,” claimed Bhuria.

The Ratlam MP Bhuria further said that Congress was gaining strength under the leadership of party president Sonia Gandhi and vice-president Rahul Gandhi.
The former Madhya Pradesh Congress president also lashed at BJP saying that the party only remembers Ram Naam when elections are around. He also slammed Global Investors’ Summit held in Indore recently saying that it was nothing but jugglery of figures and no investment results out of such events.
Responding to his jibe, BJP Member of Parliament Chintaman Malviya said that Bhuria is known for such tripe remarks, adding that it shows lack of education in the senior leader.
“Senior leaders including Indira Gandhi, Arjun Singh and Madhav Rao Scindia too left Congress at some point of time so whether Bhuria would use similar language against them as well,” Malviya questioned.
