A program has been organized in Dhar on Adivasi day, which is celebrated every year on 9th August, with Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, many big leaders and thousands of tribal people will be involved. The objective of this program is to make people aware about tribal culture and also to make people aware of the plans of the government.
The program’s preparations have been completed. A special pandal has been installed for this event held at PG College ground, it is being said that through the program people will be made aware of tribal culture. The program has been arranged to accommodate more than 50 thousand people. A lot of enthusiasm is seen in the people of Dhar and tribal leaders for the program, due to which Dhar’s in-charge minister, Anant Singh Arya visited the venue and reviewed the preparations going on here.
District Panchayat President Malti Patel says that people will be made aware of the plans of the government in this program of Tribal Day. Meanwhile, in-charge of the district, Antarsingh Arya said that tribal day will be celebrated in all the tribal districts of the state today and they also highly appreciated the decision of the government.
Significantly, on August 9, 1994, the world’s first International Native Nation Day is celebrated in the city of Geneva by the General Assembly of UNO for the right to entitle the Native residents and their problems, culture and conservation.
