Vyapam scam accused’s daughter moves court to meet brother for rakhi

After complaining against her own mother that she fraudulently got appointed as staff nurse through Vyapam last year, the girl now has approached the police to be allowed to meet her brother on Raksha bandhan.
Her brother lives with their mother, while the girl stays with their father. The family was separated when the girl filed a complaint against her mother, Preeti Pargir.

The girl, a student of BE first year on Tuesday moved an application with the DIG Santosh Kumar Singh, seeking police help for meeting her brother on Rakhi.
“The DIG asked me to visit Women’s police station promising that my problem would be sorted there,” she told Pradesh18 after meeting the senior cop.
After the girl had alleged that after she reported to the police that her mother had fraudulently got an appointment as staff nurse at MY Hospital, she had stated torturing her.
In May 2015, the teenager had filed a complaint in a magistrate court, Indore, under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, accusing her mother Preeti Pargir of beating her when she pointed out that she had lied while securing her job as a nurse at M Y Hospital in the year 2001.
The matter is still sub judice and Preeti Pargir continues to serve at MYH.
