Xiaomi has been revealing some key details of the upcoming Mi CC9 Pro this week and it seems clear that this is one of the company’s most ambitious phones yet. We already know that the Mi CC9 Pro will highlight a 108MP penta camera setup. A few more teasers now confirm that the Mi CC9 Pro will pack a massive 5,260mAh battery and will support 30W fast charging.
The 5,260mAh battery inside the Mi CC9 Pro will be the largest battery Xiaomi has offered on a phone yet. Xiaomi will likely claim a two-day battery life with the Mi CC9 Pro, but we’ll know more about what the battery will offer during the launch of the Mi CC9 Pro in China.
With a battery this big, one will expect fast charging support and Xiaomi has confirmed that as well. The Mi CC9 Pro will support 30W fast charging, which will fully charge the device to 100 per cent in 65 minutes, which doesn’t sound too bad at all.
A few more posters of the Mi CC9 Pro reveal that the phone will come with a curved glass design and a waterdrop notch. The sides of the display are shown to be curved, confirming a very Huawei P30 Pro-like look from the front. The Mi CC9 Pro is said to feature a 6.47-inch FHD+ OLED display.
It is also worth noting that most of the specifications of the Mi CC9 Pro are expected to be seen on the Mi Note 10 as well. Xiaomi will launch the Mi Note 10, which is expected to be the global version of the Mi CC9 Pro, in Poland on November 14.
The biggest differentiating factor between the Mi CC9 Pro and Mi Note 10 is expected to be the processor. The Mi CC9 Pro is rumoured to be powered by a Snapdragon 730G SoC, while the Mi Note 10 may come with a flagship Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC. The Mi CC9 Pro is set to launch in China on November 5, and you can expect Xiaomi to reveal a few more details about the phone in the meantime.
